Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 16 ounces dry macaroni (cooked and drained)
  • 1 3/4 cups mayonnaise (or more if you like it creamier)
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar (apple cider is great too)
  • 2 tablespoons mustard (brown spicy is great too)
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 stalks celery (diced small)
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 large bell pepper, diced (red makes a nice color)
  • 1 can (15 ounce) green peas (drained, or equivalent of frozen, thawed)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook and drain the macaroni noodles. Drain and run cold water over them to chill them a bit.

  • Step 2: Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for atleast one hour. It just gets better the longer you let it sit however. Enjoy!
