Step 1: Melt butter in a large skillet; add garlic and cook over low heat 1 minute. Add cream cheese and cream. Mix over medium heat until sauce is smooth. Add parsley and basil.
Step 2: Add shrimp and heat until shrimp is done (about 2 minutes) (do not overcook). Add in Parmesan cheese and salt & pepper (as much as you like). If a thinner sauce is desired add in more half and half.
