Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds raw shrimp (shelled, deveined)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh minced parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (any amount that you wish)
  • Salt & pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Melt butter in a large skillet; add garlic and cook over low heat 1 minute. Add cream cheese and cream. Mix over medium heat until sauce is smooth. Add parsley and basil.

  • Step 2: Add shrimp and heat until shrimp is done (about 2 minutes) (do not overcook). Add in Parmesan cheese and salt & pepper (as much as you like). If a thinner sauce is desired add in more half and half.
