Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 25 to 30 Ritz Crackers, crushed
  • 4 tablespoons butter, finely cubed
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 (8 ounce) can condensed Cream of Chicken Soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter a 11 x 7-inch baking pan or a small casserole dish

  • Step 2: In a a medium bowl, combine the 8 ounces of sour cream and the cream of chicken soup, salt and pepper Mix thoroughly. Spread the mixture in the bottom of a small casserole dish.

  • Step 3: Place the cooked chicken cubes on top of the sour cream and chicken soup mixture. Add shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chicken.

  • Step 4: Sprinkle the crushed Ritz crackers over top. Dot the butter over the top of crackers. Bake uncovered in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
