Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter a 11 x 7-inch baking pan or a small casserole dish
Step 2: In a a medium bowl, combine the 8 ounces of sour cream and the cream of chicken soup, salt and pepper Mix thoroughly. Spread the mixture in the bottom of a small casserole dish.
Step 3: Place the cooked chicken cubes on top of the sour cream and chicken soup mixture. Add shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chicken.
Step 4: Sprinkle the crushed Ritz crackers over top. Dot the butter over the top of crackers. Bake uncovered in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
