  • 2 cup prepared gravy (homemade or package)
  • 1 long loaf of French bread, must be fresh and crispy
  • 1/2 pound sliced Swiss cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Make gravy in casserole dish on top of stove. Add roast beef and allow to simmer low. When ready to serve, sliced bread in hoagie fashion, add beef, gravy, top with cheese, place under broiler to melt cheese, serve immediately.
