Step 1: Cream together first six ingredients until sugars are dissolved and mixture is light and fluffy.
Step 2: Add flour, salt, soda, cream of tartar and mix well. Mixture will appear too "thin" for cooking. It will be fine when remaining ingredients are added.
Step 3: Stir in coconut, cereal, oatmeal, chocolate chips and nuts.
Step 4: Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop batter onto baking sheet.
Step 5: Bake 12-14 minutes at 350 degrees
