Step 1: Place eggs in pot and just cover with water. Pour in 1 teaspoon vinegar, and bring to a boil. Once boiling take off burner, cover, and let set for 25 minutes Remove, and drain water, and crack eggs, then run under cold water to peel.
Step 2: Peel, then slice each egg in half. Scoop out yolks, and mash with a fork.
Step 3: Add the rest of the ingredients, except the paprika.
Step 4: Fill each egg with mix, and sprinkle with paprika.
Step 5: Refrigerate until chilled.
