Step 1: In a bowl heat milk in microwave about 2 minutes until warmed.
Step 2: In another microwave-safe bowl, melt butter on High (1-2 minutes). Stir in flour; micorwave on High 2 minutes stopping and stirring once. Whisk in the warm milk; cook on High 2 1/2 minutes or until boiling. Stir in shredded cheese.
