Step 1: In a food processor, combine the beans, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
Step 2: Pulse on and off until the mixture is coarsely chopped.
Step 3: With the machine running, gradually add the 1/3 cup olive oil until the mixture is creamy. (You may not need all the oil)
Step 4: Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5: Transfer to serving bowl and serve with dried pita wedges.
