  • 2 cup white bread flour
  • 2 tablespoons dry milk powder
  • 1/2 cup thick rolled oats (uncooked)
  • 1/4 cup steel cut oats (uncooked)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 tablespoons honey or sugar
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

How to Make

  • Step 1: Add all ingredients into the bread pan (water on bottom) --- do not allow the salt to touch the yeast.

  • Step 2: Set to Basic. Dark Crust. You may need to adjust the water or flour as needed.
