Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound prepared polenta (refrigerated tube)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F. Carefully unwrap the polenta, taking care to maintain the tube shape. Slice the polenta in half, widthwise. Cut each of these halves lengthwise so you have 4 sections. (The tops will be rounded with a flat cut side.) Cut each section into 8 strips. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Lay out the polenta strips into a single-layer onto the baking sheet.

  • Step 2: In a small bowl, combine the olive oil and spices. Drizzle the spice mixture over the polenta strips and carefully toss to coat. (I used my hands to rub the mixture on the strips gently.) Bake for 7 to 10 minutes, flip the polenta and bake for an additional 7 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown and delicious.
