Step 1: Into a large skillet fitted with a lid, pour in about 1 inch of water, place a lightly oiled rack large enough to hold the fillets in the skillet
Step 2: Add the onions to the water. bring to a boil
Step 3: Add fish fillet to the rack (skin side down if the fillets have skin) place the lemon slices on top. sprinkle with the dill and parsley
Step 4: Cover and cook for about 7 minutes or until the fish flakes easily
Step 5: Have your favorite sauce prepared and have some parsley and lemon wedges for garnish. Plate the fish pour over the sauce and enjoy
