The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound of sole or other white mild fish
  • 1/3 cup sweet onion, sliced thinly
  • 3/4 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1/3 cup tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 cup white dry wine
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Spray an oven proof dish lightly with vegetable oil and place the onions slices in it

  • Step 2: Place the fish on top,

  • Step 5: Bake uncovered in a 375 oven for about 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily Serve with a lemon wedge
