  • 1 1/2 cups beef broth
  • 3/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon malt vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons Thai chili garlic sauce
  • 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce (Tabasco)
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes

How to Make

  • Step 1: Rinse and pat dry ribs; layer in a large crock pot.

  • Step 2: Combine remaining ingredients in a large saucepan; heat to boiling, then reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.

  • Step 3: Pour sauce over ribs and stir to completely coat.

  • Step 4: Cook on low for 10 hours, stirring and skimming fat from surface occasionally.
