Step 1: Melt butter in heavy skillet over medium heat.
Step 2: Stir in orzo and saute until lightly browned.
Step 3: Stir in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Step 4: Cover and reduce heat and simmer until orzo is tender and liquid is absorbed, about 15 - 20 minutes.
Step 5: Stir in parmesan and basil and season with salt and pepper.
Step 6: Serve with the remaining chopped basil.
