Ingredients

  • 8 whole graham crackers (broken in half)
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce (or butterscotch sundae sauce--your own or in a jar)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place the graham crackers 1" apart on a baking sheet; top each cracker with marshmallows and chocolate chips.

  • Step 2: Drizzle ice cream topping all over it and bake in a 350 degree oven for 5-7 minutes or till the marshmallows are puffed and chips slightly melted; cool for 2-3 minutes.
