  • 3 small pita bread
  • 1 (16-ounce) can garbanzo beans
  • 6 teaspoons light mayonnaise OR 3 teaspoons regular mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry onion flakes
  • Pinch garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Drain, rinse, and mash beans well or put in food processor if you have one for a few seconds to grind.

  • Step 3: NOTE: Any of the ingredients from the onion flakes and following may be reduced or increased according to your taste.
