Step 1: Bring two large pots of lightly salted water to a boil.
Step 2: To one pot, add pasta and cook 10 minutes or until desired tenderness.
Step 3: To second pot, add asparagus pieces and cook 8-10 minutes or until tender.
Step 4: Drain asparagus and pasta into separate colanders; melt butter in one of the pans.
Step 5: Add asparagus, seasoned salt, pepper and dill to melted butter; cook, stirring frequently, 5 minutes.
Step 6: Pour asparagus mixture over pasta and mix well to combine.
Step 7: Serve sprinkled with shredded or grated Parmesan.
