Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3 1/2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni (The macaroni is not cooked for this)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 to 1 pound grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • Dash pepper
  • 6 cups milk (you can use half and half if you like)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Pour melted butter in 9 x 13 inch pan. Add in uncooked macaroni then stir with melted butter until coated

  • Step 2: Stir in salt, pepper and grated cheese through macaroni. Pour milk over all.

  • Step 3: Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Do not stir while baking. Note: for more creamy use 1/2 cup additional milk.
