  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salad
  • 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, fresh, minced
  • 1 tablespoon dill, fresh, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chives, fresh, minced
  • 6 basil leaves, fresh, torn
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, honey, salt, pepper and vegetable oil.

  • Step 2: In a separate bowl, toss cucumbers and onion together.

  • Step 5: Chill in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
