Step 1: Brown ground beef.
Step 2: Add onions, chilies, seasoning salt, pepper, oregano, cumin, garlic powder, chili powder to taste, stirring to keep meat crumbly.
Step 3: Combine meat with creamed corn, tomatoes w/green chiles, enchilada sauce, cheddar cheese, ripe olives, and diced green chiles.
Step 4: Tear 3 large flour tortillas into pieces and spread over the bottom on a pam sprayed 11x7x2 baking dish.
Step 5: Spread half the meat mixture over the tortillas. Tear remaining tortillas and spread over mixture. Top with remaining meat mixture.
Step 6: Sprinkle with Monterey jack cheese.
Step 7: Bake at 325F degrees for 30 minutes.
