Step 1: Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease 13x9 baking pan or 12-inch cast iron skillet.
Step 2: Combine cornmeal, flour, baking powder and salt; stir to combine.
Step 3: In a large bowl, combine eggs, creamed corn, sour cream milk and oil. Mix well and add dry mixture, jalapeños, onions and cheese.
Step 4: Pour into greased pan or skillet. Bake for 55-70 minutes until golden brown or set in center. Let rest in pan to cool slightly before serving. (The cast iron will cook quicker)
