Step 1: In large bowl, whisk together Bisquick mix, sugar, cornmeal mix and cornmeal with whisk.
Step 2: Add buttermilk, eggs, and 2 tablespoons oil.
Step 3: Stir with whisk just until blended.
Step 4: Let stand 5 minutes.
Step 5: Meanwhile, heat griddle or skillet over medium-low heat (325°F).
Step 6: Brush with oil, add more oil as needed after each pancake during cooking.
Step 7: For each pancake: pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle.
Step 8: Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until bubbles form on top. Turn
Step 9: Cook other side until golden brown.
Step 10: Serve with real maple or maple-flavored syrup.
