Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound yellow potatoes, small
  • 3 ears of fresh corn
  • 1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick)
  • 1 pound raw shrimp (Your preference, but I liked peeled and deveined just for the ease of eating)
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning - or seafood seasoning of choice (I used Paul Prudhomme brand)
  • 13.5 ounces Andouille smoked sausage, sliced.

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Step 2: Bring a large pot of water to boil and then add the potatoes and cook until they are tender - about 10-12 minutes.

  • Step 3: Cut the ears of corn into smaller pieces and then boil them with the potatoes during the last 5 minutes. Drain.

  • Step 4: Melt the butter in the microwave and then add and mix in the seafood seasoning.

  • Step 5: Put the shrimp, potatoes, sausage, and corn onto the prepared baking sheet and pour the butter mixture over everything. Toss together to get everything coated well.

  • Step 6: Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked (pink and opaque).
