  • 3 lemons, juiced, don't strain
  • 1 teaspoon hot mustard, dry (Coleman's)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard, prepared
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
