  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 4th Layer
  • 8 ounces mixed veggies, frozen, thawed (1 bag)
  • 5th Layer
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6th Layer
  • 1 cup French fried onions

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Pam spray 9x13 casserole dish.

  • Step 3: Brown hamburger and onions together and season lightly.

  • Step 4: Layer of frozen hash browns.

  • Step 5: Layer of browned hamburger and onions.

  • Step 6: Layer of cream of mushroom soup mixed with sour cream, rinse out can with water.

  • Step 7: Layer of mixed veggies.

  • Step 10: Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.

  • Step 11: Uncover and bake 10 minutes more.
