  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 tablespoons hot banana pepper rings

How to Make

  • Step 1: Brown meats and onions together in a pan over medium-high heat until no longer pink, drain grease.

  • Step 4: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
