Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2: Pam spray a cookie sheet.
Step 3: In a large bowl, combine the apricot jam, mustard, Sriracha, garlic, and soy sauce.
Step 4: Season the chicken.
Step 5: Place the chicken in the bowl with the rest of the marinade.
Step 6: Let set 15 minutes.
Step 7: Put on cookie sheet and bake uncovered for 1 hour or until the chicken is tender and an instant read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the chicken reads 165 F. ( Don't burn the chicken lol) You may need to flip it over.
Step 8: It may take an extra 15 minutes baking.
