Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds chicken drumsticks
  • Marinade
  • 1/2 cup apricot jam
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, minced finely
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Pam spray a cookie sheet.

  • Step 3: In a large bowl, combine the apricot jam, mustard, Sriracha, garlic, and soy sauce.

  • Step 4: Season the chicken.

  • Step 5: Place the chicken in the bowl with the rest of the marinade.

  • Step 6: Let set 15 minutes.

  • Step 7: Put on cookie sheet and bake uncovered for 1 hour or until the chicken is tender and an instant read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the chicken reads 165 F. ( Don't burn the chicken lol) You may need to flip it over.

  • Step 8: It may take an extra 15 minutes baking.
