Step 1: Cook pasta according to package directions. and drain.
Step 2: Rinse with cold water to cool quickly, drain well.
Step 3: In a medium saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar.
Step 4: Add ham and cook until ham is lightly browned.
Step 5: In a large bowl, toss pasta, ham, cheese and grapes.
Step 6: Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons liquid, and add chunks to pasta mixture.
Step 7: Combine mayonnaise, sour cream and reserved juice and blend well.
Step 8: Pour dressing over pasta mixture, season to taste, toss lightly and refrigerate.
