  • 16 ounces cheese ravioli, frozen (1 package)
  • 1/2 cup onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup orange bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 cup basil olive oil
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar, seasoned
  • 4 ounces parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon basil leaves, fresh, minced
  • 1 teaspoon oregano leaves, fresh, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves, fresh, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Prepare ravioli according to package directions.

  • Step 2: Chill in refrigerator about 1 hour.

  • Step 3: In a large salad bowl, combine ravioli, onion, bell peppers, tomato, oil and vinegar, parmesan cheese, basil, oregano and thyme and toss lightly.

  • Step 4: Add salt and pepper to taste.

  • Step 5: Cover and refrigerate overnight.
