  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, ground

  • 2 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded (1/4 cup)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.

  • Step 2: Combine hash brown potatoes, whipping cream, cheese, green onions, salt and pepper to taste in a large bowl and mix well.

  • Step 4: Cover.

  • Step 5: Bake 15 minutes.
