Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 2: Place drained green beans in small (1 1/2 quart) casserole dish.
Step 3: Heat butter and onions cook until translucent.
Step 4: Melt together mushroom soup, cheese and horseradish.
Step 5: Add mushrooms draining juice into soup can rinsing out.
Step 6: Pour over green beans.
Step 7: Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through.
