Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 cup prepared ranch salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 8 slices sourdough bread, TOASTED
  • 2 large boneless GRILLED skinless chicken breast halves, sliced in half lengthwise down the middle--or you could use 4 small chicken breasts then no need to sliced them
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 1 medium ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
  • 12 bacon strips, cooked and drained

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a small bowl, combine salad dressing and mustard; spread on each 8 slices of bread.

  • Step 2: On four slices of bread, layer the chicken, tomato, avocado and bacon using 3 slices of bacon for each sandwich. Top with remaining bread.
