Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup onions, minced
  • 1 stalk celery, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 16 ounces salmon, undrained (1 can)
  • 21 ounces white rice, cooked (3 cups)
  • 8 ounces mixed vegetables, frozen
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

How to Make

  • Step 1: Saute onions and celery until translucent and season lightly.

  • Step 2: Drain salmon juice into pan.

  • Step 3: Add mixed veggies and cook until warmed.

  • Step 4: Add soy sauce and mix in rice.

  • Step 5: Fold in fish (they said remove bones and skin I'm NOT)

  • Step 6: Heat on low and simmer until warm, season to taste.
