Step 1: Cook bacon and remove from pan.
Step 2: Add onions and bell peppers to pan and season lightly.
Step 3: Cook until translucent.
Step 4: Add rice and brown lightly.
Step 5: Add rest of ingredients to pan (bacon too).
Step 6: Mix well.
Step 7: Simmer covered for 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
Step 8: Season to taste.
Step 9: Add garnish on top when placed in serving bowl.
