Step 1: Bring water to rolling boil.
Step 2: Lightly season beef.
Step 3: Pinch off small balls, when floating and brown, add carrot, onions, celery, corn, tomatoes and tomato sauce, rinse out cans lightly.
Step 4: After 20 minutes, add potatoes and macaroni.
Step 5: Cook until potatoes are soft and macaroni not mushy, about 20 minutes.
Step 6: Season to taste.
