Step 1: Heat oil, cook onion until caramelized and remove.
Step 2: Add orzo and brown.
Step 3: Add garlic, spices and rice and cook until opaque.
Step 4: Add stock, herbs, onions and parsley.
Step 5: Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 6: Take off heat and leave covered for 5 minutes.
Step 7: Season to taste.
