Step 2: In small bowl, mix hot water, honey, sesame oil, soy sauce and pepper.
Step 3: Fluff cooked rice to get out the lumps.
Step 4: Add sauce and fluff.
Step 5: In hot oiled wok, add egg mixture, cook flat, remove and chop.
Step 6: Sauté onion and chicken in oil over medium heat until onions are translucent.
Step 7: Add rice mixture, mixing well.
Step 8: Season to taste, coating evenly.
Step 9: Toss in bean sprouts, scrambled eggs and scallions, mixing for 2 minutes, until heated through.
