  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 2 ounces pimentos (1 jar)
  • 8 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded

How to Make

  • Step 1: Bake 4 large well scrubbed potatoes until soft.

  • Step 2: Cut cooked potatoes in half.

  • Step 3: Pull out potato centers into a bowl and mash with butter.

  • Step 5: Add whole jar of pimento and mix.

  • Step 6: Add Swiss cheese .

  • Step 7: Stuff into potato shells.

  • Step 8: Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees F until lightly browned.
