Step 1: Lightly brown seasoned meat on both sides in the butter.
Step 2: Add onion.
Step 3: Saute, until onion is tender.
Step 4: Sprinkle parsley, thyme, rosemary, garlic salt, pepper, pimiento and lemon peel over meat
Step 5: And pour in liquid from peas (both cans).
Step 6: Cover and simmer until meat is tender, about 30 minutes.
Step 7: Thicken with corn starch mixed with water.
Step 8: Stir in lemon juice.
Step 9: Cook until thickened and add peas and heat, covered, until peas are hot.
