  • 1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup dates, pitted, chopped
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • Frosting
  • 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  • Step 2: Butter, flour, Pam spray Bundt pan or a 9x13 pan.

  • Step 4: Cream the brown sugar and the eggs.
