Step 1: Preheat oven to 360 degrees F (180 degrees C or Gas 4).
Step 2: In a pot of boiling salted water simmer the orzo for 8-10 minutes or until done; drain; rinse under cold running water and then put the pasta into a large bowl; drizzle some olive oil over the orzo to stop grains from sticking together and set aside.
Step 3: Meanwhile halve the tomatoes and place them in an ovenproof dish; drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast in preheated oven for 10 minutes or until they begin to char.
Step 4: Pour the roasted tomatoes (including the juices) into bowl with the orzo and then add the basil, feta and some black pepper.
Step 5: Drizzle everything with another bit of olive oil. Top with the pine nuts and lemon zest and lemon juice.
