Step 1: Trim ends of spring onions and then slice the entire length of them and place in a large salad bowl along with the salad greens and all the fresh herbs. Pour the olive oil, vinegar and a squeeze of lemon juice over all.
Step 2: Season with salt and pepper and the oregano.
Step 3: Just before serving toss in the flowers.
Step 4: Toss and scatter any remaining flowers over top to garnish.
