Step 1: Preheat oven to 375F.
Step 2: Mix dry ingredients.
Step 3: Fold in fruit.
Step 4: Mix wet ingredients and add to dry, and fold in with spatula.
Step 5: Add to muffin tins, greased Pam sprayed.
Step 6: Sprinkle with sugar.
Step 7: Bake for 25 minutes for big ones probably, 12 for smaller ones or until toothpick comes out clean.
Step 8: They freeze beautifully.
