  • 3/4 cup mandarin oranges, chopped
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 3/4 teaspoon lemon extract
  • 3/4 teaspoon orange extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup cranberries, dried
  • Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375F.

  • Step 2: Mix dry ingredients.

  • Step 3: Fold in fruit.

  • Step 6: Sprinkle with sugar.

  • Step 7: Bake for 25 minutes for big ones probably, 12 for smaller ones or until toothpick comes out clean.

  • Step 8: They freeze beautifully.
