Step 1: Preheat oven to 325F.
Step 2: Heat oil in a frying pan and brown seasoned chops on both sides, cover chops while browning.
Step 3: Pour off fat (or not).
Step 4: Season chops to taste.
Step 5: Pam spray baking dish before adding chops.
Step 6: Arrange along sides of 5 or 6 cup baking dish not over 2″ deep.
Step 7: Mix crumbs, milk, corns, eggs and seasonings in pan in which chops were browned.
Step 8: Pour into baking dish over pork chops.
Step 9: Bake for about 45 minutes. or till sharp knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Step 10: Garnish with olives and parsley.
