Step 1: Cut steak into four pieces.
Step 2: Mix flour, salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3: Pound into steak with edge of plate.
Step 4: Cook onion and bell pepper in hot Wesson oil until golden.
Step 5: Push to side of pan.
Step 6: Brown meat slowly on both sides
Step 7: Cover with onion mixture.
Step 8: Add tomato sauce and water (wash out can); blend.
Step 9: Add Worcestershire sauce.
Step 10: Heat until bubbling well.
Step 11: Cover tightly, lower heat and simmer 2 hours or more, until meat is very tender.
Step 12: Add peas 10-15 minutes before serving.
