  • 2 ounces beef bologna, 1/2 inch thick
  • 1 tablespoon barbeque sauce
  • 2 ounces cheddar Monterey jack blend cheese, shredded
  • 2 ounces Texas toast
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

How to Make

  • Step 1: One 1/2" thick-cut bologna that’s seared.

  • Step 2: Brush with barbecue sauce, cook this well done.

  • Step 3: Add freshly grated Cheddar and Jack cheese blend on top.

  • Step 4: While the cheese melts, mix butter and garlic salt.

  • Step 5: Butter bread.

  • Step 6: Grill the bread.

  • Step 7: After grilling , mayonnaise both sides.

  • Step 8: Top it with shredded lettuce and tomato.

  • Step 9: Once the bologna slab is grilled, they added it to the bread.

  • Step 10: Cut and serve.
