Step 1: Heat oil in large skillet.
Step 2: Season pork to taste with salt paprika and pepper.
Step 3: Add seasoned pork to skillet.
Step 4: Cook on all sides over medium heat until light golden in color.
Step 5: Meanwhile, mix together stock and mustard.
Step 6: When pork is browned, add stock to skillet.
Step 7: Cook, covered for 15 minutes.
Step 8: Remove cover.
Step 9: Turn tenderloins over.
Step 10: Cook 5 minutes more.
Step 11: Add cream and caraway seeds and cook 10 minutes longer.
Step 12: Remove tenderloins to platter.
Step 13: If sauce is a little thin, continue to cook until it has the consistency to coat the back of a spoon.
Step 14: Arrange pork on serving platter.
Step 15: Add dill to sauce and spoon over sliced meat.
Step 16: Serve immediately.
