  • 1 cup Italian parsley, coarsely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
  • 1 teaspoon tarragon, dried
  • 1 teaspoon savory, dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon sage, dried
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 9 ounces linguine, fresh preferred

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a small bowl, combine the goat cheese and the next 11 ingredients (garlic - olive oil) and mix well.

  • Step 2: Meanwhile, cook the linguine according to package directions and drain. Transfer the pasta to a serving bowl.

  • Step 3: Mix the herb sauce into the freshly cooked pasta, stirring until evenly blended; Serve at once.

  • Step 4: For a main meal: serves 2-3. For a side: makes about 4 side portions.
