Step 3: Pour vegetable mixture into a Pam sprayed 8-inch square baking dish and spread evenly.
Step 4: Combine crackers and melted butter in a small bowl, mixing well.
Step 5: Pour over vegetable mixture in the baking dish and spread evenly without stirring.
Step 6: Bake about 30 minutes.
