Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • Pasta
  • 16 ounces macaroni, dry
  • 6 cups water, boiling
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Cheese
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Bean
  • 14.5 ounces green beans, undrained
  • Beef
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Tomato
  • 6 ounces tomato paste (1 can)
  • 10 ounces tomato soup (1 can)
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup pasta water

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Pasta: Cook pasta in heavily salted boiling water al dente drain saving 1/4 cup water.

  • Step 3: Beef: Cook ground beef and onions together and lightly season.

  • Step 4: Tomato: Mix the tomato paste, soup and ketchup together.

  • Step 5: Rinse out cans with pasta water; don't burn yourself.

  • Step 6: Assemble: Put cooked drained noodles in Pam sprayed 9x13 casserole and season lightly.

  • Step 7: Put cheese on top.

  • Step 8: Top with undrained green beans ( may need 2 cans).

  • Step 9: Top with ground beef mixture.

  • Step 10: Then add tomato mixture.

  • Step 11: Bake for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
