Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Pasta: Cook pasta in heavily salted boiling water al dente drain saving 1/4 cup water.
Step 3: Beef: Cook ground beef and onions together and lightly season.
Step 4: Tomato: Mix the tomato paste, soup and ketchup together.
Step 5: Rinse out cans with pasta water; don't burn yourself.
Step 6: Assemble: Put cooked drained noodles in Pam sprayed 9x13 casserole and season lightly.
Step 7: Put cheese on top.
Step 8: Top with undrained green beans ( may need 2 cans).
Step 9: Top with ground beef mixture.
Step 10: Then add tomato mixture.
Step 11: Bake for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
